Our Team

As a veteran, I've seen people in all forms of crises and facing all manners of difficulties in their lives. Working through marital and family crises, life transitions, career changes, severe traumas, depression, anxiety, and all manners of things was an every day experience for us and learning to cope with these issues can be difficult. Finding jobs, mending relationships, getting through depression - all things that can be worked on and I would love to help.

I practice by helping the client develop a sense of ability, confidence, and bravery while problem-solving and creating plans for moving forward. Many of life's most difficult problems can be worked through with time and bravery. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, career issues, substances, & relationship difficulties.

Finding someone to help find the way through hard times can be difficult. The first step to getting better and becoming a braver and more confident person often comes in the form of asking for help. I make it my personal mission to help whoever comes through my doors find the answers they need, so please reach out today!

 I provide a conversational outlet with the unique perspective of firsthand experience as a first responder. I understand the dark humor, the need to normalize the abnormal, and the unspoken weight that comes with the job. I also recognize the awkwardness of keeping certain thoughts and experiences hidden to avoid alarming those around you.

 My passion and expertise lie in working alongside individuals who have experienced trauma in professional capacities, such as law enforcement, military, and first responder careers. We can navigate the unique demands of these professions, address the impacts of trauma, and manage the emotional toll that often accompanies a life of service.
